At the end of 1999, a strategic decision was made to sell six units located in Mogi das Cruzes. Following this divestiture, the Group re-entered the market through the acquisition of existing supermarkets and the opening of new stores in collaboration with the Kimoto brothers.

The current units are strategically positioned across several cities, including Caçapava, Caraguatatuba, Itaquaquecetuba, Jacareí, Taubaté, Biritiba Mirim, Mogi das Cruzes, Ferraz de Vasconcelos, São Sebastião, Aparecida, Pinda, São José dos Campos, Suzano, Poá, and São Miguel, totaling 28 locations.

In addition to its supermarket operations, the network also encompasses a home and gift segment, featuring five units within a shopping complex in São José dos Campos. This complex has a total of 150 stores, of which 100 have already opened.
